Technologies
We have experience of supporting small scale web applications to intense grid computing farms used for processing high volumes of calcutions, primarily for finance and trading applications. Both Microsoft solutions and UNIX based systems can be supported. Programming languages we have supported previously include C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, Python, HTML, Javascript, as well as having extensive database knowledge in MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle, and MySQL.

A good support analyst will look at why an problem has occurred and how a solution can be implemented to ensure it does not become a recurring issue. We do not only fix an application in the short term so you can continue with your business, but also implement a long term solution leading to less downtime of your application and help reduce future callouts and therefore costs. All our work is closely logged and monitored to ensure any recurring issues are dealt with as a priority where it is cost effective to implement a long term fix.
